TGE is a coordination event, not a marketing event. Every critical function must have a designated owner with clear decision authority and real-time availability.
At minimum, the following roles must be covered continuously during launch week:
| Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Project Lead / Founder | Final decision authority on escalations, exchange communications, and public-facing statements. |
| Market Maker Liaison | Real-time coordination with liquidity providers; confirming readiness, monitoring spread and depth, and escalating irregularities. |
| Exchange Liaison | Direct line to exchange listing contacts for last-minute coordination, launch timing confirmation, and issue resolution. |
| Smart Contract / Technical Lead | Monitoring contract deployment, verifying token transfers, confirming vesting contract functionality, and responding to on-chain issues. |
| Community / Communications Lead | Managing official channels, publishing scheduled announcements, and triaging inbound questions across Discord, Telegram, and X. |
| Legal / Compliance | Available for real-time review of public statements, last-minute regulatory questions, and jurisdiction-related escalations. |
| Treasury Operations | Confirming wallet movements, verifying liquidity pool funding, and tracking all token distributions against the approved schedule. |
These roles do not need to be seven separate people, but every function must have a named owner who is online and reachable throughout launch day and the 48 hours that follow. Ambiguity around who owns what during a live launch is where operational failures originate.
Establish a shared war room, a dedicated channel or call where all role owners can communicate in real time. Pre-assign escalation paths so decisions are not bottlenecked by a single person.
